To ensure you receive the best service, we recommend calling ahead to confirm our notary’s availability. We currently have two, but their schedules vary. We want to make sure you get the assistance you need as quickly as possible, so a quick call in advance will help us serve you better. Thank you for understanding!

That depends!
Amazon typically provides you with the option for a UPS return. We are a UPS drop-off station, but not a UPS store.
If you have a fully ready shipping label, or access to one that we can print for you, we can send that on its way, as long as the package is of a manageable size. If you generated a QR Code on your phone (looks like this), or it’s very large (the local UPS driver only comes out of the goodness of his heart, not due to a contract, so we have to limit the amount of space we take on his truck), then you need to go to a UPS Store.

FedEx drivers aren’t on a set schedule, but we can give you estimates!
FedEx Express is usually here around 1pm, and FedEx Ground is usually around 2pm.
It varies, so we suggest dropping off anything you need sent same-day no later than noon.

We still have small PO Boxes available for rent. Mailbox Rental is paid upfront for periods of 3, 6, or 12 months. If you wish to rent a mailbox with us, please provide two forms of photo ID. A passport, driver’s license, or Costco card work amazingly.
Our prices are as follow:
-Three months is $15 per month, equaling $45 upfront.
-Six months is $12 per month, equaling $72 upfront.
-Twelve months/a year is $10 per month, equaling $120 upfront.
With the initial rental of a year, you gain an additional 6 months free!The mail is sorted and in your mailboxes no later than noon every day, except Sundays when we’re closed.

Meet the Owners
Christina (left) and Robyn (right) Burdick-Good-Rubenstein have been partners in business since 2015, and partners in marriage since 2021.
Christina moved to La Conner in 2010 and completed her education at Skagit Valley College and Western Washington University, and Robyn joined her in 2014 after having earned a certificate in Web Media at BYU.
Together they started Frog & Cog Creations, a graphics company specializing in creating our line of cartoon stickers, custom graphics made-to-order, as well as assorted web design and publication commissions including the designing and manufacturing of all labels for local artisan cookie company Good Eats, Sweet Treats.
They look forward to upholding Tillinghast's legacy and "never say no" motto. Whatever the project may be, they'll get it done for you!
